Caliber Car Wash

Very disappointed and honestly shocked. I went there on January 21 for the first time and only purchased a one-time $25 car wash. I never signed up for any membership, never signed any agreement, and never authorized recurring payments. Then on February 21, I was charged $40 automatically from my account! How is that even possible without my consent? I tried calling the number listed on Google, but no one answered. The message said any issues must be handled in person at the car wash. That’s unacceptable customer service. This is crazy. Charging customers without authorization is not okay. ⚠️ Please check your bank statements carefully if you’ve been here. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Edited-1/20/2026 I'm going to leave my 5 star review for now, but today marks the 2nd time in @10 days that the back washers aren't working AT ALL! I spoke with Ricky today and there is no estimated time to have them fixed...I'm not the first to complain. Please fix this 🤞 (I'm tired of switching car washes because these things matter and don't get addressed) I believe in a world today where less than 20% of businesses truly center around customer satisfaction, the ones that do, deserve to be promoted my the consumer (me!) Membership for over a year. No complaints on the wash, SUV comes out shiny! A bit more wet out the gate than preferred, but luckily they have plenty of towels available. Staff is usually available if you need something.

Good car wash, I enjoy the unlimited monthly package! I haven’t used the cleaning bays yet but they seem to be stocked with everything to pamper your vehicle. If you are good about taking care of your car, this is a phenomenal deal to assist with that! The best part is, this is a newer facility with newer equipment. I will continue to use this in between my detailing schedule for sure!

I own a luxury suv, and the car wash caused damage to the roof of it! The manager on site was very passive aggressive about my concerns of the damages! I’ve issued a complaint with corporate as well as the bbb! This location already has on F listed on the bbb! Maybe I should research something as simple as a car wash before visiting!
