Westside Collision

I dropped off my car February 3 and was told that the estimated time was gonna be February 16. It is now February 24 and I still don’t have my car. I ended up calling them on the 17th because no one even called me on the 16th to tell me that there was even a delay. Mind you the damage on my car was a small dent on the driver side. I just called today and I am being told that my car should be ready around the 26th or seventh, However, they also said that it is not certain that even by that date, my car will even be ready. So as of right now I cannot recommend you go here. Oh and I saw the estimate for this at it was around 4200.00 that they are going to charge my insurance.

Great experience! From the time I dropped my car off with front end damage to when I picked my car up; Westside was excellent at communication. They made sure I knew where we were in the process and happy with the repairs, they dealt with the insurance company and made everything easy as can be. Between Silvia, Stephanie and Brian, I was 100% happy!

I had three different automobiles that were repaired a Westside, very satisfied with workmenship on each of those vehicles. However the fourth vehicle thumbs down on the quality of the repair. I will not be bringing the vehicle back. They had the car long enough to make the repair correctly and chose to rush the job. I really was convinced they were superior in the auto body field. Whoa, very disappointed. Cheer Westside.

The work is outstanding. Westside Collision regularly updated me on the status and estimated completion date. Silvia Doumer and Brian (shop manager) were both very friendly, courteous and extremely professional. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to do business with Westside again! Good stuff!

The staff was nice and the vehicle looked great upon completion however took 2 weeks to repair minor scratches on my vehicle. Rather than notifying me, they notified my husband despite me providing my number for updates at time of drop off. They finally updated my husband that my vehicle would be ready for pick up and then revealed that they had ordered the wrong emblems and gave us the option to either pick it up without the emblems and bring it back later, or wait until the emblems were received and installed and the job was complete, which was nice however very inconvenient and disappointing after being without the vehicle 2 weeks already.
