Caliber Collision

Our Tahoe was rear ended at low speed and had some cosmetic damage. Caliber did a fantastic repair job. They also repaired some scratches on the hood. Customer service was outstanding and they provided text updates every day. The repairs were completed in a timely manner with waiting on parts causing a couple of extra days. Definitely will recommend them and use again if the needs presents itself.

This company did great on parts of my truck but was supposed to fix paint on my tailgate ,they charged me for it . Manager said they would refund my money that was 4 weeks ago , just dont trust them to do right make sure.you follow up with things like this . Workmanship on my bedside was great but definitely have not recieved my money

Involved in an accident on 10/17, but my car wasn’t taken into the shop until 10/24. Original completion date was 11/28, then 11/26, then 11/25. I actually picked it up 11/21 and everything was perfect. Commutation was top notch (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday like clockwork) and informative. Very helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

Got into a car accident earlier this month! They were able to get me in the next day. Since I have a foreign car, parts were on back order but they kept me updated and had my car repaired within 3 weeks! My car never looked like it was in an accident. Very pleased with the whole team including Peyton!

Highly recommend Caliber Collision (Camby location)! They were very helpful and communicated every step through the repair process. My car looks great and was cleaner inside when I picked it up than it was at drop off.
