Crew Carwash

Scratches everywhere! I took my car in to try out Crew Carwash for the first time ever. Being a brand new car, I should've known better. After going through the wash and seeing what happened to my car's paint, I was furious. I showed the manager and filed a claim, but of course they denied any wrongdoing. He even admitted that he wouldn't take his personal car through due to risk of damaging the paint. I'm now left with a damaged vehicle and will either have to correct the paint myself or pay a body shop. A car is usually the second most expensive asset a person owns other then their home. To see a place charging money to ruin beautiful cars is quite sad. Folks look at your cars after going through the wash with a bright light. You'll see the scratches. I will never go here again!

We have the ultimate wash membership and the first time I came through I thought it was great. They sprayed the front and rear of my car and did front and back windshield as well. I’ve been a few times since and they haven’t even sprayed my car. Not real impressed to be honest. I changed from wash n roll but they were consistent at least

Dont come here for a one off wash unless you want to be tild about the unlimited club 10 times even after saying you arent interested 3 times. Plus their wash cant even get all the bird crap off your car. Not worth it.

Won’t be back. Leaving black marks on my Audi S7, down both sides of car from driver door to the back , not cool. Took me a good bit of scrubbing to get off. Paying to have your car marked up is never good. I’ll be going back to hand washing

They do not take ownership when damaged is caused to vehicles. Take your vehicle first thing in the morning to avoid small rocks and dirt rubbing against your paint at high speeds. They only clean the spinners once a day.
