Car was taken back on time, I was given a list or most critical items to fix immediately and they were fixed same day. A shuttle was able to take me home while I waited for the repairs. Service was great.
Had a GM recall and while I was there they looked into a check engine light and found the problem and fixed it with a new fuse. Thanks!
Everyone was incredibly friendly! I always have the best experience! The gentleman that greeted me, I don't remember the first name...but I believe his last name was Cobb? Always has phenomenal customer service! And the gentleman that sold me my vehicle, Rodney Duke was kind to check in on me and my vehicle satisfaction, what great customer service all around!
Ran into a problem with vehicle bought from Skillman Buick that would not help me out on. The service team at Greg Hubler took it on and got it corrected without out being the seller. I cannot thank them enough!
