Tire Barn Warehouse

My wife and I were traveling out of town on a Sunday afternoon and we caught a flat from road debris, we were able to get our car to tire barn and they were very accommodating and immediately got us in line to repair our tire so that we cpuld get back on the road. Employees were very pleasant to deal with, and professional. Would 100% recommend this buisness location to anyone who lives in the area.

Tire rotation and balance was fast employees were friendly. However my hood was left un-latched. They say every vehicle is inspected so your hood will be up while there. So they pull the hood release when they pull the vehicle in but never raised my hood therefore when I left my hood wasn't latched completely and I was forced to stop on the side of the interstate to shut it.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I made an appointment and went for service at 5pm. However, the appointment initially was to be 45-60 minutes. It ended up being twice as long. While there I used the women’s facilities. Can I just say “UGH”? The soap dispenser was missing the whole front half. There was some dial hand soap, so kudos for that. Worst part. Toilet was full of toilet paper with a huge ring of waste. I’m talking 3inch ring. When I tried to flush, I had to remove the back of the tank. Use the valve to fill tank. Then flush the toilet. It flushed. But, the ring remained. Long story short. Please clean the toilets more often. Fix the toilet and replace the soap dispenser. At 6:45, I paid, so I could go to dinner across the street. As, they still were not done with my car.

Great customer service and friendly staff. They are a bit pricey but when you are in a hurry and they are the only option you can’t pick and choose. For there cheapest 15in sedan tire it was $109 I could get a better one at Walmart for $50 but besides the point. My biggest issue is that I was charged 2 separate fees per tire for TPMS. My car is a 1994 way before TPMS were equipped. I also brought my tires in off the vehicle so there was no program to the vehicle possible. ***So make sure if your car is 2008 or older you check your receipt for fees related to TPMS because there’s a good chance most vehicles older than 2008 are not standard equipped with TPMS.*** Overall, good service and quick enough for what I needed. Took about 1.5 - 2hours to mount and balance 2 tires that I brought it

If i need work done locally I usually go here for the reasons of competency getting it done right the first time, balanced with price. Sometimes it can take a while to get work done is my only criticism, but not a big enough deal to where I would not recommend them. pricing on par with other national chains but I've found I get better pricing when they are my 2nd opinion, as they offer free estimates and try to beat the competition.
