Caliber Collision

My first interaction with Caliber Collision North located on Timber Mill Parkway was in December 2024 for a minor fender bender. This most recent interaction was more serious. On the evening of February 2, 2026 at approximately 9:00 PM I was driving my girlfriend to her home in one of the gated areas of Castle Pines Village. The 2-lane 25 MPH road was dry and unobstructed. I suffered a medical incident known as orthostatic hypotension (syncope is another term for it). This means I passed out since all the blood in my brain went to my legs. The car (unknown to me) departed the roadway and went down a steep embankment. How the vehicle (2010 Toyota Sequoia) missed hitting a tree is beyond me. I seriously cannot say enough about this place. They are wonderful! Their service and customer service is top notch to be envied. They set the standard. My vehicle was involved in a hit and run and they went out of their way to help me navigate that process. Their relationship with my insurance was seamless. Although insurance never found out who hit my car, there was never any lag time or confusion. Caliber took care of me and my car from the beginning to the end. They even helped me with the rental car that I needed, getting me there and back. They kept me informed and made sure I knew they were with me all the way. Customer service is so big in my book. Devin from the Castle Rock location has went above and beyond to keep me informed throughout this repair. The week my car was scheduled to be returned Devin worked well past his scheduled hours and made arrangements to drive my car up to the city to ensure I didn’t have to pay for me rental and longer than necessary. Not only is this man dedicated to making sure the repairs are done correctly, but he also went the extra mile to be a good human. Thank you again for a job well done!

Shoutout to Devin Bigay and the entire team at Caliber! I hit a deer in my beloved 6-6 Accord and it was repaired to OEM spec within less than a month! Amazing attention to detail, thorough communication throughout, timely turnaround, and very high-quality work. I could not be more pleased.
