I had an overall great experience with Caliber Collision in Cheyenne. They repaired some minor front-end damage on my vehicle, and the results turned out great. While there was about a week where communication fell off and I didn’t receive updates, once things got moving again the team was professional and helpful. The staff was wonderful — friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. Most importantly, the work itself was solid. The paint match was absolutely beautiful — you truly can’t tell anything was ever repaired. The quality of the craftsmanship really shows, and my vehicle looks flawless. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. I came in with a busted lift gate and a bumper with lots of scratches, and the problem was fixed professionally. The staff was very nice and accommodating—especially Gary, who was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. The waiting time was reasonable, and everything went smoothly. Although I did have to return because my lift gate stopped working, I still give them 5 stars. They promptly fixed the issue, there was no waiting time, and they brought my car in right away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing quality repairs and excellent customer service.

This is where you want to take your vehicle for repairs in Cheyenne. They were friendly. They kept me informed through the process via text. They got my vehicle back to me 4 days earlier than promised. How sweet is that. Thanks everybody there for your part in the process. If I ever need my car repaired again I know where to take it.

I took my car there to repair some hail damage all through the insurance cuz it was one of their recommended repairs body shop, and the craftsmanship is so poor quality, know I have a “new hood” with a scratch, and patchy paint. Scratches on many spots that weren’t there before, and a cracked windshield. Nothing near to the get my car on it “pre-loss condition” as insurance mentioned.

I originally took my vehicle to a different Caliber Collision in town and it was horrible. I stopped into this one hoping they would double check the work under the lifetime warranty. The General Manager worked with me directly and looked at everything the other shop did and made a few repairs right away. They were great to work with for this quick look and I would be confident taking my vehicle to them in the future.
