Gwen was my service advisor and was very helpful. She was very thorough in describing the work done, and once my truck was in the shop, she kept me in the loop daily with text messages with any updated information and an estimated time when completed. They finished even before their original projected time. Very satisfied with the whole process! Will use them again if need be and have already shared with family and friends the great experience I had. Kudos to Mitch the GM and his great staff!!

Caliber Collision got my car fixed in less time than promised. Stephanie was my consultant; she went above and beyond for me by getting the car to me even on a day when they are not routinely open. She was available by phone, made the process easy for me, and went out of her way to secure and return my valuable that was left in the car. I highly recommend Caliber collision.

Gwen did an amazing job and provided great customer service from beginning to end. The team was very accommodating and my car was ready sooner than I expected. When it was time for pickup the team stayed after 5:30 so that I could get my vehicle when it was ready. Smooth process from A-Z 10/10 recommend!

Wish i could give more than 5 stars. Brought by sons Chevy Malibu in with a trunk that wouldn't close. We were quoted $2100 from Stonebriar Chevy to fix it. Bill at Caliber Collision fixed it in 30-45 minutes. The crazy thing is, he didn't charge us anything. Not even an hour of labor!! wow! customer for life. Highly recommend Caliber. Tabitha at the front desk was friendly and helpful along with Delaney (i think that was her name). Shoutout to Billy also who helped us 6 months ago with my wife's car. Great group of people.
