This is our second time coming back for our lexus hybrid and from the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly reassuring and professional. Jayme & Christian’s communication was outstanding — I received daily updates on the progress, which gave me so much peace of mind throughout the process. Not only did they provide top-quality service, but they truly went above and beyond. They even helped me navigate getting my inspection tag taken care of after it had expired, which was a huge relief. Great shop, was referred to you all by Jess potter who was my mechanic on our cars. Christian has been very accommodating and is great at taking good care of us- couldn’t be more pleased. The cascada is a unique car and they have been great at working on our Honda fit, accommodating the pedal extenders for my daughter- I’ve been to shops where they refuse to work on cars because of that. I appreciate that they are fair priced and I can trust them with work done right.

These guys were great, very clear about what needed doing and why, and super easy to work with. Shop hour rates are out of control everywhere, so if you're going to overpay no matter where you go, you may as well go somewhere that will do it right the first time.
