Discount Tire

Is big shout out Patrick and the amazing crew at discount tires of crossroads. I walked in at 4:59 on a Saturday rainy night to take care of my wife's car that had a leak. Patrick the manager said he got in before 5:00 let's take care of him. They all stayed fixed the car (screw in the middle of the tire) no charge. Ths is why I will always shop at discount tires. I'm grateful to the crew at crossroads and I hope they enjoy their weekend 15 minutes later.

These guys are great! I scheduled a flat fix for two tires at 5:30 on a Friday afternoon and got there a little bit early and they had both tires repaired remounted and ready to go in less than 20 minutes. The $20 apiece gratuity was well worth it for these young men's hard work.

Service was completed quickly, which aligned with expectations. The concern arose in the interaction at the counter. When my account was pulled up, it displayed two names: mine and my wife's. All identifying information matched the details I provided phone number, vehicle's and color so my identity was already established. Despite this, the employee asked, "Which one are you?" and followed with,"And you are,' even after clarification Given the context, the questioning did not serve a functional purpose and came across as unnecessary. A separate issue involved basic safety practices. A dust mop was lying across the floor near the counter, and I nearly tripped over it. The employee later picked it up and used it, indicating it had been left in an active walkway without consideration for cust

My sales tech was great. Very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable . The regional manager was there all. He got his hands dirty too. Very good location as always.

very fast service, spent more than expected. They tried telling me my tires were a 5 on their scale of 1-8 and one of them was a 3..I had maybe 7k miles on them. 1 was brand new! It wasn't bad overall just know your tred.
