Caliber Collision

Excellent experience with Edgewater shop. They were fully integrated with USAA my insurance company so making appointments was seamless. Good communication through repair process. Their repair work looks great! The car was repaired faster than was promised. They even washed and vacuumed out my car before they returned it to me. I would definitely recommend them. Hope I don’t have another collision, but if I do, this is where I’m going for repairs.

I can not say enough great things about Caliber Collision and specifically the employee there Chris. Such a great experience from beginning to the end. If I could give 10 stars I would! After a large piece of metal flew off a semi-truck on interstate and hit my bumper which caused a large hole and damage to my radiator and A/C condenser. I had to bring my car to my mechanic to fix the mechanical issues. While it was being worked on Chris from Caliber Collision went to my mechanic shop to gather info on paint matching my bumper. When my car was mechanically fixed I brought the car to Caliber Collision to replace bumper. Chris already ordered the replacement bumper I needed and was able to have my car completed with new painted bumper the very next day! I felt the price was more than reaso

Fantastic from start to finish. Brand new truck was rear ended, Chris and the team at Caliber made sure it came out as good as when it left the dealership. The estimate, drop off and pick up were easy, efficient and professional. Communication with me throughout the repair via text was wonderful. They handled everything with my insurance, explained exactly what was going to happen, truck was ready when they said. Can't imagine how the experience could've been any better. Would definitely go back (but hope I don't have to!).

My tailgate is still not flush, my back lights are also not flush you can see the part behind the tail lights literally staring at the hole. When I brought up my tailgate not being flush Mr. Steve let me know that there was basically not anything they could do about it. I brought my car there with a flush tailgate even with the damage and to replace a tailgate and it not be flush is insane and the more I have looked at it the tail lights are not flush either you can look down in them and see behind the tail lights. I came up there about 2-3 times, my left tail light was damaged upon pickup that was missed from my wreck and my taillight was out. Excellent experience! Great customer service! Great communication and the repairs looks great on my Escalade. Steve was the best and made this completely stress free for me! Even during the holidays! Highly recommend and I will definitely be back if ever needed.
