Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

DO NOT do business with these people. I ended up getting a flat tire while I was at work, went out and put a spare on. When I put my tire in my trunk the center logo cap was clearly there on it. I work right down the street from Mr. Tire so I left work early to get it changed. After it was changed I went home and noticed the cap was missing from my tire, so I immediately drove back. The assistant GM went back to look for it and said it wasn’t there. I insisted I know for a fact it was there as I changed it before I arrived earlier and clearly saw it on my tire. He then said their technician claimed my car came in with only two caps. This is a complete bold faced lie as all three are on my car, except the tire I specifically needed changing. I've been going to this Mr Tire in Edgwater for years, they've always been great, especially when Rocco was there. I'm hoping my latest experience was a 1 off. I called ahead about dropping off a tire that they had mounted for me two months earlier that had recently developed a ghost leak (loosing air, no visible nails, no bubbles with soap). When I walked in, the guy working the counter told me I'd need to wait 10 minutes, he was visibly and audibly on a video group call with the district manager. Which is issue number 1, why wasn't someone else at the counter to help customers during a middle of the day call with the DM? After 3 minutes the call was ending and he asked the DM to give him a call. I then had to wait for another 10 minutes while he asked for a raise. During this 10 minutes

I had a great experience at Mr. Tire in Edgewater!! I came in right before closing, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me. They stayed past closing time just to make sure my flat tire was taken care of. The Manager, Zach, was incredibly professional, courteous, and made me feel valued as a customer. Excellent service all around.

I was extremely happy with my visit to the Mr. Tire. My wife got a hole in a tire and we went to another place that stated we needed to get a new tire as it could not be repaired and on top of it we needed 2 new tires with a balance and rotation. They could not get a tire for 2 days and I needed the repair quickly. I went to this location and they were able to look at the tire and said I didn't need a new tire and they could repair it. Chris and Zach were very friendly, straight forwarded and focused on the problem instead of trying to sell me more products. I will now start doing my car business with this location and not return to the other business! Great service!

Mr. Tire in Edgewater is probably one of the most professional and honest tire shops I have ever been to. Prices a great but their technicians honesty and integrity are even better. Saved me over $400 when compared to the same service at a local car dealership.
