After checking several other shops around the area I came to the conclusion that Caliber Collision seemed to be the best. And I’m glad I went with my gut because they did an amazing job working on my Kia Stinger. I can’t say enough great things about the team! Let me start by saying we wholeheartedly recommend Caliber for autobody repair! We got bumped in the rear at a light and had minimal damage that was hardly visible, but borh cars we drive are leases, so we wanted to have it repaired. Our VW dealer referred us to a local shop for the repair. We'll, it took a month to get the car back, and communication with that shop was unsatisfactory. Fortunately, we didn’t have to pay anything for that repair because the other driver's insurance(Auto Owners Insurance) paid for it. The shop haggled with the insurance company about their per hour labor rate, claiming they were VW certified when in fact they weren't. They held the car after it had been repaired, suggesting that we'd have to pay the difference. It was a painful experience, and we're grateful

After my accident, my vehicle was transported to Caliber in Ft. Myers. My Wife, Victoria, mainly spoke with Chas. He worked with us every step of the way and kept us informed at all times. All of the staff was also excellent and great to work with. The end result was absolutely impeccable. Wanted to give an extra comment regarding Chas: Outstanding Work & Customer Service.
