Highly recommend this location. Excellent communication and great service. From the front desk representative to every representative there after. High energy, professionalism, courteous and welcoming. Very reliable and transparent communication, from start to finish. Kept me informed and updated regularly and vehicle was in and out in no time. I didn't get to meet or see those completing the work behind the scene on my vehicle but their work was/is exceptionally great. Vehicle looks BRAND NEW. So thank you to paint, body, mechanical calibration, inspection, ALL OF CALIBER COLLISION personnel. Thank you again.

Derrick and the front office were amazing and efficient. Vehicle was repaired earlier than scheduled. Perfectly done to match paint. They even cleaned the interior of the vehicle. A surprising additional thing to add to this amazing place. Photos are after and before.

Darren went over every aspect of the repair at pickup and kept me informed throughout the entire process. As far as I can tell, everything that was damaged was restored to its original condition. Like most people I haven't had a collision until a Texas deer ran into my car. I heard Caliber did good work so I went with them. Boy, I am glad I did. Good work no excellent work yes! I never had to call to know the progress of my vehicle repair, they sent updated invoices if other items were found needing replacement and they were a pleasure to work with in person. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Harker Heights to anyone needing repairs. I am fussy when it comes to service and repairs and I only had smiles. Did I mention it was repaired ahead of the due date! When does that happen now days? Never it did here.

Absolutely wonderful service. Im going to find out what else they do and take my truck back for what ever they provide. Im elderly however they explained each step with kindness and patience. It did not take long and it was returned to me in a timely manner. Best service Ive ever had. Im not sure , but besides washing it before they returned it , it looked like it had been waxed( big smile). Thankyou again for your outstanding service.God bless you. And I mean that.
