Caliber Collision

Don’t have enough bad things to say about this place. Caliber Collision kept a fully drivable vehicle for a week without doing any work, and in total took over 10 days and 4 trips back to complete 6 hours worth of quoted work. They did not order the parts prior to scheduling the service so the car sat on the lot untouched for seven days before we picked it up and told them we’d bring it back when all parts had arrived. Keep in mind all work was for the right side of the car. Upon receiving the car back, the fender flares on the rear driver side quarter panel were not sitting flush to the vehicle. They had damaged it during the install and allowed it to be picked up like that. I brought the car back to caliber for a third time for them to look at. They had to order another replacement part

​I am sad to post my very first less-than-five-star Google review, as all my previous reviews, including for other collision centers, have been five stars. This reflects the severity of the unresolved issue with my recent repair. I brought my Range Rover Sport SVR in for front-end collision repair. The original repair was extensive and took longer than expected, maxing out my 30 days of insurance rental coverage. Upon pickup on November 28, 2025, I immediately discovered a severe, spreading clear coat delamination on the carbon fiber hood that was not present before the repair. The shop's own receipt confirms they performed no authorized work on the hood, which strongly indicates this new damage was caused or accelerated by repair processes (heat, chemicals) on adjacent components while

My car was hit on the left rear side. I took it to Caliber Collision in Kirkland, where Mr. Manny inspected the vehicle. He didn’t provide an estimate on the spot, but I received a detailed estimate the very next business day. After that, Manny kept me updated with occasional messages about the progress. The overall timeline turned out to be noticeably faster than I had expected. They were very transparent about pricing—no hidden costs or surprises—and they never made unrealistic promises. In the end, the quality of the work actually exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Kirkland. The team is friendly, professional, and trustworthy.

I was in a rear-and collision and my car needed repairs. Caliber Collision came recommended from my dealership. I brought my car in and Manny immediately got to work, taking pictures and giving his own interpretation of work needed immediately. My car was ready to be returned a week early than expected and was given a full detail inside and out! These folks are professional, courteous, communicative and prompt. Thank you all so much.

Because my insurance company directed me to Caliber Collision, I was immediately suspicious of them. Well, I was wrong. First, the bid was less than half of my first bid. Second, they were so easy to work with. The estimator, Cherista, knows her stuff. She knew what Honda required in situations like mine and the information she gave was accurate. The woman at the front desk was very nice too. Big thanks to those two. Communication from Caliber was great. They would text me updates every week. The only time I needed to call was at the end as my car rental agreement was expiring Caliber has arrangements with several rental car companies and coordinates pick up and drop offs. Enterprise also gave me a good rate, I believe, because of Caliber. Hopefully I won't need car body work any time soon
