Amazing customer service. !! My Insurance company went MIA and stopped responding but Caliber didn’t. They kept me informed the whole time.

They made the process so easy from start to finish. They worked with my insurance company and the rental car company to make sure everything went smoothly for me. I was kept up to date every step of the way and their staff was friendly. My car was repaired and looks great, and it was even finished early!

Caliber completed my vehicle repairs two weeks early, the process to drop off and pick up my vehicle was easy, Chris kept me updated via text every couple of days throughout the repairs. They coordinated the return of my rental car as well. I highly recommend Caliber for your vehicle collision repairs.

Paid several thousand dollars for repairs. Picked up car to still see visible damage to “repaired” area. Upon asking why the repair looks incomplete, I was told that “it was a miscommunication.” I would never take my car back to this place. Was contacted after I posted this review for more details and then after responding, I was ignored.
