Caliber Collision

As of today, my vehicle is not properly repaired. I needed a panoramic moonroof replaced. It was replaced but no longer transitions from opaque to clear. Also, the seal around the moonroof will not lay flat as it should. I am waiting on resolution.

I could go on and on about how impressed I was with my experience at the Lee's Summit Caliber Collision, but I'll keep it short and say that my expectations were exceeded every step of the way. I never once had to reach out to them to get my work scheduled, ask for updates or find out when my car would be ready. They took care of everything and took care of it beautifully! Well done Caliber Collision Lee's Summit! 10/10 recommend!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My car was left in the shop for 43 days from moderate damage to the front (see photo). Maybe I just had a bad experience based on the positive reviews, but this was unacceptable. What should’ve been a week or two process turned into over a month because instead of giving an estimate, ordering parts and then turning my car in they required me to keep my car in the shop for the entire process. Even when they finished and were calibrating the car they realized that there was another issue that they didn’t fix, making me wait 5 days longer! The communication from the front desk was not helpful. I had a very good customer experience for a simple problem that they made even more simple. Fixed to perfection. Christina Krause greeted me with great kindness and help. Then Joe Whitley and Kailab Everett fixed my problem in minutes. I so appreciate this kind of service.

I had a car accident. Insurance paid for the repairs. Brand new car 12,000 miles. Car looks great drives great. But there is a rattle that wasn’t there before the accident. I now have a car that rattles. I took it back up there to have it looked at and I was told I need to pay for it and be reimbursed. Or take it to the dealership and I pay for it. Dealership said Warranty doesn’t matter you were in a wreck and nothing we can do unless you pay for it. And I refuse. I pay insurance for reason. Now I get to drive around a brand new car with a rattle. You are supposed to get your car back like it’s Brand new. My car is in fact not. I do not recommend this place . Not to mention I got it back and the computer was messed up and I had to drive to lees summit to fix it. I left once still wasn’t f
