My vehicle was involved in an accident and based on the great reviews left, I chose Caliber Collision in Libertyville to repair my vehicle. Unfortunately, my insurance company determined my vehicle to be a total loss, but both Litwin and Amanda kept me informed of any updates and were truly a pleasure to work with. They understood my situation and gave me a quick, safe fix so I could get to work, and they explained my options for a full replacement later, if needed. The Customer Service was outstanding! the consistency of being updated with the status of my vehicle felt like vip service! The Caliber team was definitely outstanding! also having to send my car in the shop was a bit skeptical due to my last experience but they made it better and made me feel and know that my car was in good hands!
