Libertyville Kar Care

I had a seat belt replaced here a while back and just today had a wheel replaced along with an alignment with new tires. Both experiences were great. I’m not too knowledgeable when it comes to cars, but I read encouraging things about the business, and the employees have proven to be reliable and friendly. I feel safe with Libertyville Kar Care and will return.

Had my car drop its balls mid route to patient-- I live an hour away and was in a panic so I pulled up to this place. They didnt have time to fix the issue, but were able to provide me a crutch to get to where I needed. If I lived in the area-- I would recommend this place to everyone. Everyone was so kind.

My husband's 2011 Range Rover was making a squeaking noise and another noise (he hears every sound and knows his baby very well). He called Eric and an appointment was made for the next day. The truck needed bushings and a shield over the gas tank. The repairs were done and my husband is very happy. No more noises.

This shop is phenomenal. They worked with me on timing and making sure I was well taken care of! Eric was nothing but kind, understanding and overall a pleasure.

Trust this place!!!! I have been going to Kar Care for over 7+ years now and always had a fair reliable experience. I have had a ton of work done here on multiple cars and really genuinely trust the quality of the work. Even when I'm in a pinch and need service done in a days notice they always took care of me. Ken the owner treats you with respect, kindness, and is overall a really great guy. You feel like you're part of a small family here. Highly recommend any complicated service needs. They have been able to figure out things a lot of dealerships were not able to. They have fair prices and the techs are fantastic at what they do. Great place, great people, great service! Thanks Ken!
