Caliber Collision

They took amazing care of me and my vehicle. I went in having issues with my insurance and they handled everything for me. Ally at the front desk was amazing and my car looks better than ever. Definitely my new go to spot!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after I was rear-ended. They kept me up to date on the progress of repairs. They even made sure my beep beeps (rear parking sensors) were in working condition before I left! They went over and beyond in assisting me and in repairing my car. Hopefully, I won't need a collision repair again, but if I do, I will definitely use them again!

I had to get my car repaired at Caliber Collision after an accident, and Brandon went above and beyond from start to finish. He made sure every detail was fixed the right way, no shortcuts and kept me updated every few days so I always knew where things stood. He even took the extra step of contacting my insurance company to get my rental extended after they placed me in a rental a week before the shop could take my car, wasting 5–6 of my covered days. I truly won’t trust anyone else with my car after this experience. I’m a committed customer for life and will absolutely be referring friends and family to this shop, specifically to Brandon for honest, high-quality work without feeling taken advantage of.

Great Place and Quality work. My 2015 Jeep Cherokee got attacked by Shopping carts at Wallyworld. My Insurance Company recommended Caliber Collision as an in network repair shop. I could have taken my Jeep anywhere and decided to give the Shop a try and I’m glad I did. I was given an appointment and Brian Checked me in. There was some confusion about what was covered and what was not covered but the confusion was caused by the Insurance Company by not properly documenting the damages. For some strange reason the insurance company said the damage was not consistent with Key Scratches hmmm. I was shocked as no one ever reported key scratches, the damage was reported as shopping cart scratches. A phone call to the adjuster and a review on the initial report revealed the shopping cart

Had a great experience with this location! Everyone was very friendly and we were updated at every stage of the process of having the car repaired. The work was great and completed on time -actually a day early.! They were all so wonderful to deal with and I would recommend.
