Caliber Collision

Caliber Collision did excellent work on my Ford Explorer that was sideswiped by an Old Dominion Freightliner coming out of Richmond, Virginia. The semi truck sideswiped the right side of my vehicle and took out some of the paint and the right mirror. I’m very fortunate that it wasn’t worse, considering how fast we were driving on the interstate. Caliber made the right side of the vehicle perfect again. And they went to the extra step of detailing the interior of the SUV before I picked it up again. I very much appreciated this extra step. They provided excellent communication throughout the entire process and went the extra mile in looking for parts that we needed for the vehicle. I recently had an excellent experience at Caliber Collision, and I can’t recommend them enough. After some damage to the side doors of my car, I was convinced they would need to be completely replaced. I was already bracing myself for a long repair time and a huge bill. But the team at Caliber Collision carefully assessed the damage and were able to repair the doors instead of replacing them. I am not going to take anything from her. She helped me out to the best of her knowledge and she did what she did to make sure I was pleased and I appreciate that a whole lot.. 😊I Don't Practice having accidents, BUT when I was involved in one, my vehicle was towed to this business for repair. Though is for repairs to my vehicle, it was a unique experience. I couldn't believe the professionalism of this business. They are up to date with their methods of contact. I received notifications on my mobile device of the status of my vehicle.
