Caliber Collision

My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner even taking into account the timeline for parts delivery. I was explained before and after what would be and was involved in the repairs and they kept me updated in between time. They were polite and always ready to answer my questions.

I got in an accident and was very nervous about trying to figure out how everything was supposed to work, but Tammy was such a huge help with her friendly demeanor. She put me right at ease and walked me through how everything was gonna go. While the car did end up being totaled, I'm quite confident they would have done a good job on it had it been repaired instead!

I had a great experience. I really appreciate the timely updates and friendly demeanor, especially from Tammy and Amanda. Thank you for bringing my Kona back to life and beautiful again. (Hit a deer and my bumper, passenger door and head lights were destroyed)

I initially felt confident leaving my vehicle here because the first representative communicated well, but that quickly changed. Updates became infrequent unless I called, and it seems the original person is no longer there. While the repair itself looks good, the condition of my vehicle when returned was unacceptable—dirty inside despite being dropped off brand new and clean. The customer service and excuses around why it wasn’t properly cleaned were extremely disappointing.

In a time or customer service is a thing of the past, caliber is a business that gives me hope that great customer service still exists. Keep up the good work. It strikes me as a very well managed of it oriented towards customer satisfaction.
