I regret choosing to try this place for my check engine light maintenance! Not only was I specific when requesting the appointment for evap and catalyst, but they suggested otherwise setting me back $970 on work and still returned when my check engine light came on not even 24 hrs later. For them to return my car in the same condition! No one showed any work, nothing that was replaced, and no explanation for the lack of consideration for me as a customer! Im not understanding howI go in and mentioned this service, never asked for a Diagnosis in the first place, just specified that I needed this service! For your business to confidently tell me and advise me that you guys were confident enough to charge me for a service I never asked for, and ignored what I asked to be serviced! To turn aro

Worst ever place to work with. High prices/costs. Will not look at issues without charging you hundreds of dollars. Say they will check things out, on scheduled drop off day. (but don't) Refuse to look at issues, that were caused by other shops. LIES LIES LIES! DO NOT TRUST THEM! NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY! I recently brought my vehicle in for some emissions repairs and was blown away with the excellent customer service. This was my first time bringing a vehicle to WJ Kuhn and their team was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide a full inspection report identifying numerous issues that I was not aware of. I was a bit surprised with the inspection report and the checklist of items that needed to be addressed. I spoke with Jozie and Brady from their team to discuss what my options were. They quickly calmed me down by explaining that they list all issues in their inspection reports and that some of the items were not essential repairs at this time. We went online to book a “request” for our car to be looked at 830am Monday. Online states “Your service appointment is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email.” The email states, “Thank you for booking your service appointment with us. We have received your service appointment request and will confirm with you later today.” According to online they open at 730am, again our “request” for an appointment was for 830am. Unfortunately for us, we showed up at our 830am request, because we didn’t hear anything from them. Even though the email does state we would hear from them later today.
