Sam was wonderful to work with! My husband and I bought a used car from him this weekend and he was patient and respectful- and answered all of our questions. He was thorough in explaining how he fixed the car and was not pushy in any sense. He gave us a great deal and we would recommend him to anybody looking for a used car!

I bought a vehicle here about 6 months ago. At the time I thought Sam was kind, honest and fair. The stipulations to my purchase were to fix the tire pressure sensor, fix the washer fluid or fill as the light was on, fix the rattle from the underbody which I was told would be taken care of with an alignment. When I took delivery of the vehicle the lights were of and I was presented paperwork showing an alignment was done and assured the rattle was gone. I have since replaced the tire pressure sensor, the washer fluid reservoir, the battery and the rattle is still there. When phoning Sam I was told used parts were installed to ‘fix’ the things listed on my contract as musts prior to purchase. He did reimburse part of one of my service bills when I pointed out that he could not do that on a

About 4 and a half months ago, I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze sedan from Sam. When I called to inquire about it, Sam had to stop me mid-sentence to tell me it had a manual transmission. My response was, "I know. That's why I'm interested!" It was all smooth sailing from there. Sam is not only a fantastic car salesman, but he is also just a great man in general. He sold me a car that, in the time I have owned it, has served me and my needs wonderfully. He showed me before and after pictures of my car (he bought it with a smashed trunk and did all the repairs himself) and verified the matching VINs.
