I've been using this local shop for years for my tire mounting, balancing and alignment needs. The last few times I've tried to make appointments it seems it was more an inconvenience for them to do the work. The last straw was this morning. I talked to them about dropping a vehicle off for new tires and they told me they would be open Friday at 8am. I even asked specifically about the holiday and they assured me that they were open. Well, we sat there for an extra 45 minutes in their parking lot and called the number twice and nothing. My time is worth something as well as theirs. The cost of this last casual disregard for a customer cost this local shop my and my families business.

My friend had a tire and a rim replaced here. They did not tighten the lug nuts correctly and we almost lost a tire on the interstate. Not to mention that she had to get a new tire because of it when her tires before were just fine. Had to take it to an entirely new mechanic, dropped over 1k on it. She never had a bad experience before. We are thankful that we made it home.

Brian is honest and his pricing is lower than most mechanics in the area. Excellent work and very knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else with my vehicles. 5 Stars

Curtis & Brian are great always speak when you arrive & handle you with care. Came in for a wheel alignment, four tire wheel alignment for a great price, fast & makes sure the job is done right. I will use them again if needed & highly recommend them if you need good work done for an honest price. Two thumbs up guys thanks for taking care of us women. You rock.
