My experience at Caliber Collision in Oakwood Georgia was definitely 5 star. From the beginning of the process until the end, I was treated with respect and was informed with updates throughout the process. The manager, Kevin, took the time to talk with me about my vehicle and he made it clear that he was working for me not my insurance company. He was able to give me advice and I decided to let Caliber fix my car. The best news ever...they were able to fix my car below the estimated price. I will be using Caliber for future needs and will tell all my friends about their superior service!!!
They did fantastic job fixing my car after an accident. Quality work and kept me updated on the whole process and even finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend them.
Restored my car to as good as new and practically in record time which I greatly needed, and they didn’t skimp, cut corners or rush anything. Back driving it for a week now and it all feels perfectly aligned, zero vibration or issues. Caliber will be my body shop for any repairs going forward. I know I can trust them to do great work
