They ruined my gear knob but charged me 2K for heater fixing and brakes that were not asked to install. Asia auto shop is better.

Recently found out about Duncan’s auto care and won’t be looking for another place to take my car or my wife’s car anymore. They are upfront and honest, extremely easy to work with and are quick to call if they find anything that you need to know about. Wes is awesome. Highly recommend!

Being uninformed in auto care and car jargon I was nervous bringing my car to a mechanic because I’ve had been taken advantage of in the past. I was recommended Duncan’s by a friend and I am more than pleased with my experience. While the information was unfortunate they were extremely kind, informative, and efficient. I heard back with in a few hours and I didn’t even have an appt. They didn’t charge me a storage fee and are very accommodating. I felt comfortable as a woman with little to no car knowledge and will definitely keep the recommendation train going!!!!!!

Super friendly. Not being mechanically inclined myself, I was given some suggestions on what they could look for with the problem that I presented. Which I greatly appreciate it. They took the time to listen to what I came in for. I've only driven the car one day since picking it up. But it feels like it drives so much better. And with some of these steep streets, that is super helpful for me. I highly recommend. They seemed to actually care about the customer. I found it priced reasonably for the work they did.
