Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They suggested the perfect car and I was completely satisfied with their choice! I had called about a rental, showed up within the hour of my call; and was driving off with my rental! Once I was finished with my rental, I just showed up, and was checked out within minutes! I will definitely continue to use Enterprise! The entire staff from pickup to drop-off was a breeze! And I would like to thank Kilmer for his professionalism and generosity!

I was nervous about the whole rental process, but Frank made the entire process smooth and painless. I was in a super clean, Mazda SUV within minutes of arriving to this location, with no fuss. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a rental. 10/10 customer service. Ask for Frank :)

Usually don't have much issue with renting cars but this time around I was stunned. Would be considered a nice car but when I got in it to move it to put my things in it I found stains and chocolate and stunk to high heaven. There was way too much fragrance spray coating everything making it feel greasy so i started cleaning it up within my abilities right now. Windshield on the inside was absolutely filthy. Got down the road some and found an ant crawling on the dash and killed it thinking nothing of it cuz when we pulled up we saw it getting aired out. Ants just kept coming but sugar ants dont bite, its just more annoying than anything. Didn't understand how when picking up it said half tank of gas and 150 miles till empty but shrugged. Their customer service is fantastic, while there was a problem with the vehicle we had reserved, they did their best to provide a solution. The replacement vehicle didn't fit us well but they made it right by us. We've used this location a few times and will use them again in the future.

Where do I even start?! I had a terrible experience. The manager Chris refused to give me a call back. I had numerous other employees tell him that I requested a call. I got nothing. Not even an email. One of the vehicles (SUV) that I got had to be towed because the transmission started going out 3 days into my rental. The tow company that they used took 6 hours. I had my children with me! They put me in a car after that. This car would not fit my family. So I couldn't do anything with it except go to work. Then Chris the manager put me in another vehicle. It was an suv. And it was infested in cockroaches! They were coming out of all of the events. I almost had an accident because one fell on my lap while I was driving!!!
