*UPDATE* I picked up my truck today! I’m not ashamed to admit I teared up as I pulled into the parking lot and it was out there sparkling and better than the day I bought it 5 years ago. Mike went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of my truck that is so ridiculously special to me. The paint work was flawless. The new flares and running boards? Stunning. I can’t tell you enough how much this whole staff, especially Mike, has made my year. I was treated with such respect and kindness and kept informed every step of the way. Again, thank you so much. I brought my Camaro to Caliber Collision after the front driver side was backed into in August of 2025. I ended up getting the front bumper, driver front fender and headlight fixed or replaced. The quote for the repair seemed steep at the time, but I accepted it becasue I thought I would get quality work done to my vehicle. I was sadly wrong. Everyone was nice, but communication wasn't the best. My vehicle was held in assembly for almost an extra week and deadlines seemed like they were always getting pushed back. After recieving my vehicle I was dissapointed. I brought my vehicle back to Caliber to walk around the vehicle with a manager and show the "quality" of work done to my vehicle. This is the worst car repair facility I have ever dealt with in over 30 years. I don't believe in public shaming, but will leave my review at one star and those looking at the reviews can make their own determination based on the average. I am hoping my experience was an anomaly. Another Caliber location is currently fixing all remaining issues under warranty, which is great.

When I dropped off my vehicle, they already had our rental car there ready for us. Mike kept us informed and sent us pictures of the process. When the repair was more than the estimate from the insurance company, Caliber directly communicated with the insurance company to have the rest covered. They finished my car faster than they said they would and it came back looking brand new!

Caliber did an excellent job on my Jeep! You can't tell that any work was done. They finished the job earlier than expected by a week! Everyone was exceptionally nice and very informative. Thank you!
