I had such a great experience at the Petaluma location! From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and truly went above and beyond to make the repair process smooth and stress free. A special shoutout to Alex in the front office, she was so friendly, organized, and kept me updated every step of the way. She made everything so easy to understand and handled all the details with my insurance seamlessly. Also, huge thanks to Gabe, the General Manager, for making sure the work was done perfectly and on time. My car looks brand new again! It’s rare to find this level of customer service and care these days. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Petaluma to anyone needing bodywork or repairs. They truly take pride in what they do!

Recently had to get a vehicle repaired through insurance. Caliber was clear about what needed to be repaired, how long it would take, and exactly what they were doing through the whole process. They were done early and the car looks even better than it did before the accident. Highly recommend.

My vehicle was towed to this business regarding a claim with State Farm for a repair estimate. The person who wrote the estimate "stopped writing because the vehicle was going to be totalled out" so I have no real figure of what the repair bill is. When I picked up the vehicle, there was only a couple other vehicles inside their massive shop. But instead of leaving my vehicle inside until picked up, they let my car get all dusty inside, then parked it in their back lot to get rained all all weekend WITH THE PASSENGER WINDOW DOWN! Such a joke of a business. Avoid at all costs

I recently had a car accident. My door was damaged and to my great relief and to a great reference Caliber Collision was there! From the very beginning I was stressed about the car accident but having Christi and Kim responding fast was a great sigh of relief. It was awesome how both were very knowledgeable and very great with communication between me the insurance company and enterprise! Caliber Collision did a wonderful job on the repaint of my car and the price was killer!!! Excellent of production work and timing of my car returned to me. This shop is beyond accommodating. Car repairs are never fun but the staff at Caliber Collision in Petaluma make it easy and they are so helpful!!!!
