Absolutely the best collision repair shop I’ve ever been to. The location is excellent, with plenty of accessible parking. The shop itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. My car was in and out in no time! Javier was our POC and he kept us informed through out the process. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and very welcoming.
Customer service was outstanding. Truck was ready at the same time they promised me, and was cleaned, washed and vaccumed before they released the truck. Looks and runs better than before! Awesome job Tina and Xavier and the rest of the team! They definitely need a raise!

I would highly recommend Caliber Colison in Pharr. They are very professional, with a compassionate staff. I hit a pole damaging the front of the truck and pushing the side passenger side panel into the door. The assisted and kept me informed with every step of the repair process from the insurance adjuster, appraiser , estimate and through the completion of the repairs. The staff was very compassionate and understanding when I was unable to pick up the vehicle due to being out of town on a family emergency. So I could have peace of mind and tend to my family, they offered to deliver the vehicle to my home. I am very grateful and will recommend anyone needed repairs to contact them.
