I always come to Jiffy Lube #4060 in McAllen, and they never disappoint. Gerri, Justin, and Vic provided expert service that was fast, professional, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything, didn’t try to upsell unnecessarily, and the price was very fair. This team consistently delivers top-notch service, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location if you want it done right the first time!

Had a great experience. Friendly conversation with Victor that kept us informed on pricing and time it will take before even getting started. Appreciated that the staff were such gentlemen who opened not only the business door on my way in but on my way out,for both me and my daughter, but also our car door was opened for us. Will definitely be back due to their exceptional customer service. Paid around $40 , service took somewhere between 15 to 20 minutes. Building is clean and I did see a coffee station available but didn't try it .

Absolutely the worse service I have received since servicing my car. I came with certain problems and left the service station with more complex problems. They keep coming up with things that aren’t part of the initial problem. I would not advise anyone to use this service station. They overprice you and leave you with more problem so you can come back and they make more money from you. Terrible service.

I am so grateful. We came by to do a pre purchase vehicle inspection. The kind gentlemen told us that they don't offer this service. But they will gladly put it on the lift, look at everything and give us their honest feedback. Thank goodness they did, because there was approximately 2k worth of repairs (all 4 brake pads/rotors, broken gasket and leaking oil, and front ball joint replacement both sides). Highly recommend this place and when I find the right vehicle, I will be coming back for the required tune ups.
