Quick Quack Car Wash

Bought a new membership for car wash and Wax. Have been here before at least 4 times at this location. Problem with my 🚗 paint chipping. Brought to the attention of Store Leader Noah before departure. Could not resolve the problem today but I had been here before as mentioned. The General comment of being sorry was the best he could say. Had been happy with the courtesy of employees until today. But later March 5, 2026, I have edited myself to a 5 star review. What happens is are economy is disrupted. 🙏🏻 Thanks Noah, you are so blessed to have the joy of this job. You stand outside in the front of the business in the heat. You definitely deserve recognition and pay rate increase. Super job !!! Bless you and stay safe ☺️

Are you particular about car washes? I am. We're full-time RVers, and have had our vehicle washed all over the country. It can be hit or miss, so I always read the reviews like this one. I did my diligence, and paid these folks a visit. Noah greeted me at the gate, and it was a white-glove experience from there! The monthly unlimited plans were by far the best deal if you're going to be around for a bit so that's what I opted for. The wash tunnel did an admirable job on my very dirty vehicle. Noah checked up on me in the vacuum area and went the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied, and to be sure to ask if I needed anything. Many other car washes could take a page from Quick Quack!

Lorena Martinez was attentive, patient, and resolved my issue efficiently. She showed her commitment to going the extra mile with making sure I understood my payment plan. Lorena has a great customer service attitude.
