Ramon is very patient and incredibly knowledgeable. I really appreciate how he takes the time to understand your concern and explain what’s going on in simple terms. I’ve been to many shops before, and most advisors or mechanics rush through things or make you feel dumb for asking questions — but he’s the complete opposite. He’s patient, respectful, and actually takes the time to make sure you understand everything. I was really impressed that he was able to fix the check engine light and cruise control issue on my Audi Q8 and also did a full inspection, showing me all the recommendations with pictures.
