The customer service I received from caliber collision has been the best service I’ve ever experienced from all the auto-body repair shops of all of the accidents I’ve ever been involved in over the last 20 years. They communicated with me daily with text messages letting me know where they were at in the process of my repairs and the quality of work that they did on my car is fantastic. I cannot even tell that there was any prior damage to my car. They truly went above and beyond and for that I am grateful.
