I recently had to get my car fixed and I can't recommend this place enough. I randomly picked Maaco because it was closer to my home in Lavon, and it was from the list insurance gave me to choose from. The moment I called from the moment I got my car I had such a great experience. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, Dolores was so sweet and they had my car fixed so fast! Shane and the team at Maaco were awesome with our collision. They weren’t on the preferred list for insurance but they work with insurance companies perfectly! So pick them! They handled the claim, stayed in contact, and even helped me with my enterprise rental. It’s all back to normal and all electronics work great! Plus they even detailed my car! Great experience! I have gone to 2 others in Rockwall and don’t think I will be switching away, god forbid I need their help!
