This service team is legit. I worked with Leeman who took care of our care from beginning to end. Kept me informed on everything and provided helpful answers to my questions. Darold went above and beyond to make sure that our car was serviced. We live in Celina, but these guys were worth driving out to Rockwall because I trust them and their ability to provide for my car. For all my major service needs, I plan on checking with these guys first!

I was hesitant to post a review, but this needs to be shared so others (especially female customers) are aware of my experience. I called on 2/2/2026 in the morning to ask about bringing my car in to have a fuse replaced and ask about cost. I explained that my vehicle previously had a recall for this exact issue and that the same hybrid battery error had returned, so I was needing the fuse to be replaced. The man I spoke with responded in a condescending tone and told me, “You don’t actually know what’s wrong with the vehicle,” and that I’d need to bring it in for a full diagnostic. I reiterated that this had happened before and was tied to a recall repair.
