Payne & Son's Collision #3 LLC

Took my car in to have the front bumper repainted. Gentlemen at the front were courteous. Shop did a great job and car looks brand new again! They were honest on the pricing (I paid out of pocket - not through insurance) and upheld the time it would take to do the job. Very please and highly recommend.

I called Payne & Sons today and talk about impeccable service! I spoke to OJ and he was so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. He told me I could bring my car in today. My fender liner had detached from the car and was sticking out causing a very unpleasant sound. I was concerned that my tires or suspension would be damaged. OJ looked at my car immediately and said we can take care of that. Jeff the technician did an amazing job of removing the fender liner. I greatly appreciate Jeff’s skilled hands and OJ’s stellar customer service. And the cherry on the cake was they didn’t charge me anything!! I highly recommend Payne & Sons in Fate, TX!! They are Amazing!!

Payne and Sons has fixed several of my cars over the years because I’ve been hit a few times and then I also accidentally backed into a tree… oops! They have done all the work in every scenario and are wonderful! Great communication and they don’t repair things halfway - they do incredible work! Had many friends and family go here and they’ve had the same experience! Shout out to Logan the owner - he is awesome!
