I recently brought my Wagoneer in after being involved in a collision. Caliber worked seamlessly with my insurance company to make the process incredibly smooth. I was given weekly status updates so I was well-informed throughout the repair. Not happy about the accident, but happy to have a reputable repair shop that I can trust.
I had to take my vehicle for repairs. The staff that I encountered was very friendly and got the job done perfectly. Also kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. I would recommend Caliber Collison to anyone that needs any work done.
I only wish that every organization I have to contact had this professionalism, courtesy, and compassion! Jonathan and Vanessa are the best!
The service both repair wise and customer service wise was top notch. Hopefully I won’t need their services again but if I do I won’t hesitate to call on them again. Jonathan was great.
