I had my tires aligned AT CMA and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand. Misty was especially kind and informative. My car was finished in a timely manner, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The day started like any other family drive… until my Jeep — a 4 door gray monster with a black soft top known throughout my circle as Sir Breaks-A-Lot — chose the worst possible moment to dramatically surrender on the side of the road. One second we’re cruising, the next the engine coughs like it swallowed a squirrel and quit. Suddenly, it’s chaos. The kids in the backseat are screaming, crying, producing Olympic-level snot bubbles, and loudly announcing they’re starving to death. My wife is glaring at me, yelling, “That thing has to go!” All within earshot of poor Sir Breaks-A-Lot. Meanwhile, I’m standing on the roadside, defending my beloved Jeep like a knight defending a wounded dragon. “He’s just tired!” I plead. “He’s still got fight left in him!” Just when hope seemed lost, and

Took my Audi A4 in with multiple issues. Had to wait 3 weeks for them to get parts and tools, but it was worth the wait. They solved the issues it was having and made it run like it was new, it’s almost a 20 year old car. Staff was extremely friendly and helped me understand all issues with the vehicle and made sure I wanted to proceed before continuing any more work they found that was needed. Highly recommend.

Thanks to the crew for the great work on my Jeep. Dylan flushed and changed my coolant and brake fluid yesterday, and even cleaned the reservoir. I am impressed! Service is always excellent starting with the folks (Misty, Paul, Victoria) who help me in the front office. Thanks to Eric for diving me home. I'm a consistently happy customer.

I Moved to the Southport area one year ago, and found Chris after speaking with three of my new neighbors. They highly recommended them. I have been for oil changes, and service on my Volvo. Victoria and her assistants are Amazing ! Also, it’s always nice to see Chris walking around speaking with the customers. I will continue to use them for all of my cars now, and in the future!
