It was a simple NC State Vehicle Inspection which I dread because its typically waiting in line and very time consuming. Ward's process of a timed appointment was FAST. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and the complimentary beverages were a nice touch. I've told several friends of my positive experience. I will definitely be using Ward Auto again.
