I found a F350 Tremor online that I liked, called the dealership to see if it was still available. Dave Zabel answered the phone and worked with me over 3 days to answer any questions I may have. I was 5 hours away from the dealership but Dave promised me it was in mint condition and he was correct. Dave and his team got me in and out in under an hour so we could get back on the road home. Would definitely work with Dave and the team at Grinwald Ford again. Very responsive, honest and Dave even got my wife some flowers to bring back home for her permission to let me buy the new truck! I bought my ford maverick from Grinwald in 2023 new, this was my first ford. I brought my 2023 ford maverick in for my 20,000 oil change /check up and to check into my check engine light (my ambient temp sensor [outside temp sensor] was showing " - -" on my dash indicator where the temp showed). Grinwald did the oil change/check up well, no complaints there. The trouble was with the temp sensor, they hooked up their code reader and it showed that the ambient temp sensor was HIGH (not working, i think it was code 705). called me up and told me it would take $600 to fix as there was damage the the license plate holder (one corner was cracked) and the plate was bent a little, there is NO OTHER DAMMAGE TO THE TRUCK ANYWHERE.
