Dropped off my 24 forte after hitting a deer. Took just under 2 weeks from start to finish with great communication from the shop. I was never left wondering about anything . Upon arrival the car was ready to go and I personally think it looks better than factory. The staff here are amazing and kind. And If I ever run into an issue again they will 100% be my repair location

The day I brought my vehicle in, they were supposed to do the estimate and I was supposed to come back. After looking at the car and hearing my concerns for it being safe to drive, they called for my rental, had me set and ready to go in under an hour! If that isn’t service. But wait it gets better! I got calls regularly regarding the progress of the repairs and an estimate of completion. I was concerned about the insurance using after market parts and was assured and provided the lifetime guarantee of the parts and repairs. They were great through the entire process. I would highly recommend this shop for any body work and the staff were all knowledgeable and kind. If you find yourself needing auto body work this is the only place to go. You can’t tell my car was damaged at all.

I was put in an unfortunate situation and had to use this shop after I got rear ended. They fixed my exhaust the first time and didn't test drive it. I barely got off the lot and turned around immediately. They put a new exhaust on and it took me a week before I had check engine lights coming on. I finally got my car into my shop, believe it or not there was still an exhaust leak AND my charcoal canister is quite literally split open. They must have removed the evap system, which is located in the rear, and put it right back under the new bumper, all split open and busted. This is what happens when the insurance company bullies you into letting a body shop do not bodyshop work. Now I have to fight the insurance company to fix everything they left broken.
