Back in September, I went to a different mechanic nearby who sent me off with a disconnected sway bar link. When I discovered it the next morning, I went back to the same mechanic and they wouldn’t fix it with the parts I bought and couldn’t get me in. So I called Monro’s and Paul got me in immediately and I was able to make it into work only slightly late. The service was so excellent and Paul, Isac, and Matt were so nice, so I made the smart decision to come back for my oil change and inspection. I made an appointment online, and when I got to the shop I realized my registration was out so I renewed that and Paul was nice enough to print it out for me. Woke up to a flat. Desperately looked for someone who could help me in a pinch due to work. My third phone call after being told it would be 2 to 3 hours because they couldn’t get someone on it, I found Paul at the Wexford Monro Service center. He made it easy.
