We had the BEST and most memorable experience at this Midas today. Our tire on our Benz gle53 was losing air and we were worried we’d be stuck dealing with a bigger issue, and we were a bit of a drive from the nearest dealership...They located the problem right away and Ethan the tire expert worked his magic, pulled out a massive bolt and patched us up and the team here was absolutely amazing. Not only were they efficient, but everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Tyler, Ethan and the entire team was great! It’s rare to come across service like that these days, especially when you’re traveling from a road trip and stressed about your car. They made the whole experience so easy and reassuring. Best of everything. BEST FEATURE: payment plan options SAVED ME. Best options of anywhere to make sure you can get the work done now and pay in bite size pieces that you can afford. ALSO: Made recommendations to help ME, not their bottom line. They let me know which work had to be done, and which work was optional. They double checked related concerns and told me honestly which parts did not need replaced and were still doing ok. They charged me MUCH less than the other auto places I had asked for a quote on repairs too. They tried to save me money & were very thorough and did fantastic work on my car. They explained everything well, got me in quickly, same day, were very compassionate, and went above and beyond to help me. It wasn't just business there. It actually genuinely was a people

I have gone there several times, and they are always very helpful and honest. With my last vehicle, I had censor issues, and there were times I went in and they looked at it and did not even charge me. Recently, I brought in my new vehicle for low tire pressure, worried there was a leak in the tire. They filled it up with air and did not charge me. They will always have my business because I trust them and they are all pleasant to deal with.
