Caliber Collision did a super job in getting our car back in the road with zero hassle repair process. Drew Hitches (our collision specialist) was thorough and professional in processing our car, getting all the repairs completed and keeping us up to date on the pickup schedule. Overall Caliber makes the process streamlined from dropping the car for repair, picking and returning the rental from Caliber lot, and finally picking up the repaired car without a hitch!! First all, I wanted to thank Tony Z and all the others that worked on my baby 2025 toyota corolla at this Newport, Delaware Caliber Collision. From my experience, they were very helpful and patient with me putting my baby back together, and overall were very understanding about my situation. The customer service was definitely a 10/10 and to those thinking about attending this location, I definitely do recommend as I have had no issues with either the staff or my vehicle. Dropped my car off for repairs from a car accident 😞..Tony was the person who helped me out. Tony is good at his job. He explained all things to me and made sure I understood everything. He and his team did a good job at getting car to me as fast as they could but made things were checked properly. The front desk ladies were kind. The location was good for me and my husband had his car repaired there as well with good results.

I worked closely with Drew with a repair on my civic. I told him that I needed my vehicle done quickly because I use my car for work for door dash and would not be able to use my rental vehicle while my civic was in the shop. He assured me that he would work quickly on the issue. He was able to have my car repaired in one day! I was so relieved.
