Cal's Auto Wash

I will never go to this car wash in Auburn Hills again. One of our family friends was sprayed with the power washer because she asked for re-wash after her car did not come out clean. She is very nice and was not rude. The person wasn’t even fired. Cal’s needs a serious lesson on customer service and what it means.

I am super impressed with this place. The guys are very nice and unlike most car washes that herd you in and out like cattle THESE GUYS actually take the time to prewash my car before I’m even inside the wash. Many times car washes miss hard to reach spots but at Cal‘s they have someone standing outside with a high pressure hose and they give the car a once over before it even gets inside the car wash. I noticed they spend extra time spraying under the wheel wells and anywhere they see extra caked on mud. This place is definitely worth the money because not only do you get an automated car wash but I really feel the (((human))) touch as they look with their own eyes where my vehicle needs that extra attention and they get it! I got sprayed in the face through a partially opened window by an angry employee after requesting a redo on an unacceptable wash. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment (Lake Orion) or any other Cal’s Auto wash. The only response I received when trying to contact the owner via email (phone number on website doesn’t work) was to say “apologies for the mishap” and a refund granted. The word “mishap” grossly misrepresents what actually took place. No apology at the time of the incident was given (or even a towel to dry off!). This was truly a very traumatic experience.

A nice Carwash for the price. The staff were very nice and overall for $8 it's a good wash. They missed a lot of spots when drying but that's not a huge deal. Recommended.

I am happy with the service but it seems like they close the car wash quite often compared to other places
