The best experience I've had with a mechanic everybody I spoke to was extremely kind. They said they probably wouldn't be able to look at my car for a couple days but ended up looking at it after they were closed! They did everything they could to help me with my issue and were extremely accommodating to me and my requests. Will definitely be back!

Was a great experience from start to finish, my problem was well explained , fixed, suggestions on repairs needed in the future, no pressure to do it know! Timeframe was given so I had a choice! Very professional and knowledgeable staff! All around good service and experience.

Wow. Blown away by the way I was treated here. I’ve been here several times with different cars. This time, like any other time could, a mistake was made. The way in which Moto Medic handled themselves in not only admitting but correcting the mistake earned not only lifelong respect but customer. If I ever had any doubts about the legitimacy of what’s being told to me about my vehicle is no longer. I really do feel like they operate in the best spirits and aren’t out there to make money off of you like recommending shoddy unnecessary repairs. I greatly appreciate for the way I was treated and will use Moto Medic again.

I took my 2006 van to Moto-Medic on October 9th, 2025 for a second opinion after being seviced at another garage. During their thorough check up, they identified the problem as well as advising me of needing new brakes and other issues that would become unsafe over time due to rust and wear. I was very comfortable with how the mentioned issues were explained to me allowing me to make educated decisions. Also, after checking my van out, they advised that I take it back to the original establishment to be repaired since that service was still under warranty and they drove it there for me. I would definitely recommend them!
