Lake Orion Quick Lube

100/10. I moved to Lake Orion in a couple of years ago, and I've really been struggling with finding a good spot to get an oil change. I was extremely loyal to the place I used to go to, but now I live too far away. I was so blown away by the level of personal customer service that this team gave. I'm a little on the higher anxiety side, and they kindly checked my tires, all the fluids, all the filters, and even made an attempt to fix my tire pressure monitors without having to switch them out. (the battery is dead and they just need to be replaced.) The entire service was over in less than 10 minutes and cost me less than $100. But most importantly, the team was kind, professional, and overall just completely lovely. And I can't leave a review without mentioning Max! He is your best emplo

Highly recommend! I got an oil change here for the first time and had a great experience. They offer drive up service with no appointment necessary. All the guys were very friendly and they also have a big playful dog that will greet you at the door 😊 They checked all my fluids, made sure all my lights were working and had me in and out in less than 15 minutes!

Had a low tire pressure light go off and went to use the air compressor at the Mobil in the same building. It took my money but wouldn’t work. Then a guy popped out from the service area at the shop and told me to pull around and he’d take care of it. I pulled into the bay and said told him I didn’t want to take your guys time or anything. They didn’t mind. They were very quick to help out. I tried to tip em a $20 because I appreciate when people do solid things. They declined it immediately. Great people working there. I usually change my oil myself but might have to start going there instead. They also have a good shop dog. 10/10. Good guys there.

This place is great! Very knowledgeable team with great attitudes. I always appreciate the great job and the quick in and out (saves me a hour of my time vs going to a dealership). You guys rock!

They are extremely helpful when it comes to answering questions, They don't try and upsell things like most other business do, They listened to what I needed done and help achieve that for a decent price. The owner and his head mechanic were great! Although I think the best part was meeting the shops dog.
